The client supplied product references for two pieces from the same collection - a blue velvet bag and a brown leather bag - and wanted a campaign rooted in an African landscape.

For the blue bag, the setting was inspired by the salt pans north of Cape Town - a location the designer had long wanted to shoot. The palette was kept deliberately muted, drawing out the cool tones of the velvet against bleached earth and open sky.

For the brown bag, the landscape was brought indoors. A mottled canvas backdrop references the open sky of the location shoot, and a geometric rock reintroduces the nature element - keeping both campaigns connected through colour, material, and tone.
